Why are all your products made in New Zealand?
We are proud to be New Zealand born and bred and believe some of the world’s finest products originate in New Zealand and Trinity Road is joining this fine community.
Why aren't there more products in the range?
We take time to develop premium products and packaging and will not proceed until we are proud to present another high quality product to you. We do however have another product currently in development and will share this with you as soon as we have ‘ticked all the boxes’.
Why can't I release the pump on the Body Lotion so I can use it?
This is wildly annoying and has caught out the best of us. Firstly make sure the top is screwed firmly onto the bottle and then turn the pump in the direction of the arrow.
The pump should now pop up with ease and be ready to go.
Is your purchasing process secure?
Absolutely. We use PayPal to protect both yourself and ourselves in this area. Your financial transaction is all conducted on a secure site hosted by PayPal and none of your financial details are seen, or accessible, by us.
Do you send orders overseas?
Not yet.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
3-5 working days following receipt of your payment. Please make sure there will be someone available to sign for receipt of your parcel at the delivery address you provide.
